Profiles are limited to qualifying businesses located within the St. Croix Valley that regularly host events and/or serve patrons in the pursuit of entertainment, dining, exploring, etc.
Current categories are:
Profiles are billed monthly based on the calendar month. If you begin your profile after the 15th day of the month, you will be billed half of the monthly charge (Days 1-15 are charged at the full rate). We will invoice you monthly (on the first of the month) for the profile level that you have selected. You can choose to upgrade your profile at any point. If you upgrade your profile account within a partial month, your charge will be prorated based on the time of your upgrade.

If you choose to downgrade your account, it will take effect on the 1st of the following month. Your previous profile level (prior to downgrading) will continue until your paid time is complete (through the end of the calendar month). Refunds (both partial and full) are not available for downgraded profiles.
Events are invoiced as a one-time charge per event (unlike profiles that are invoiced on the 1st of the month as a recurring charge). Sorry, upgrades and downgrades are not available for events once they have been published.
As with profiles, you can choose basic, silver, or gold level as shown in the chart below. There are three categories of events:
Events are invoiced by individual event as a single/flat rate. Events will be invoiced based on the timing of your submission as a one-time charge per event (unlike profiles that are invoiced on the 1st of the month as a recurring charge). Upgrades and downgrades are not available for events once they have been published.
